Upgraded from sync 1 to sync 3 on my Focus ST but Only radio sounds

Hello again, I have successfully Installed my sync 1 to sync 3 and everything works now except that only the radio makes sound, the Bluetooth and the USB audio doesn’t sound when I play music, Does anybody know why this might be happening?
