Upgraded to Sync 3.4 test setting theme issues

So I followed the tutorial and upgraded my 2017 Ford Focus to Sync 3.4 from 3.0.

I started playing with the test settings and accidentally loaded the first theme/skin which says Ford WIP.

Now half my screen is gone and I can’t access the test screen theme settings again. Does anybody have a solution to this? I hope I didn’t brick my system as it is almost unusable now.

test settings isn’t permanent, simply press and hold Power + Skip Track for ~7 seconds to force a reboot
