I ran into trouble with my Ford Escape 2018 from the USA during the Sync3Updater update.
My navigation and radio have been converted into the European version (Polish language, maps of Europe, even frequencies on the radio) - sync 3.3.19052.
I undertook the upgrade to version 3.4 choosing the European version.
The update has failed. After reading the forum, I guess that this is due to the choice of the EU version instead of the US.
I have communication on my screen all the time - please insert a stick.
Is there any way to revert to a previous version of the software? or somehow get out of this trouble?

You don’t have enough memory to upload full maps of Europe. Prepare a USB with slimmed down maps, you have to give up some regions.
