USB HUB is not supported

Hello
I bought an external hub to connect multiple devices to the USB port located in the center console.
Three days no problem.
Now the display shows "USB HUB is not supported please remove.

Is there a solution for this?

You can’t use USB Hubs, there is a white list of device ID’s if your hub is not one of those (which it won’t be if it’s a standard HUB) then it won’t work

There aren’t any. you can’t use a USB hub with SYNC, technically the USB port in your car is already a USB Hub and therefore you can’t use another one on top of that due to limitations in the software.
