2016 Mustang meter brightness problem

Did you install a new GPS antenna with the Sync 3 system? Do you have a DTC about GPS lock or an indicator on the Sync 3 screen?

Yes, a GPS antenna was installed under the upper dashboard cover.
I’m posting photos of the DTC codes; there are indeed several.
The GPS works well once out of the garage and I don’t see any particular message on the screen about the GPS.

I have tried several times, and the dashboard brightness goes to minimum level at the slightest cloud cover. Is it possible to deactivate this function?

It is set to fast, needs to be set to slow.
Use FORScan, go to the BCM asbuilt settings.

Thank you very much F150Chief
I took the opportunity to disable the ambient light sensor cgf
726-26-01: x*xx-xxxx-xxxx I set 0 = Not present, my counters no longer decrease with the brightness.
I’ll run some tests tomorrow to check if everything is fine during the day.
Thank you for your help.

You are welcome. Enjoy your new setup.

Your picture shows an open circuit GPS Antenna

It probably still works but not the right termination for the sensed circuit. The signal level will be degraded.
