2017 Kuga With Nav Upgrade to 3.4 - UK

All,

1st-time post here, I’m looking to update my Sync 3 in my 2017 Kuga with Nav to 3.4 (UK-EU). Never updated via USB before and not too great with IT however the updater looks simple enough to use.

Is there a specific version that I need to install or will the latest do the trick?

On the Kuga specifically you may face issues with flickering
