2018 Fprd Focus Sync 3 version 1.0 to 2.2

Hello! I am hoping someone can help me! I have been trying to update from version 1.0 to 2.2 on my sync 3. I keep getting a red error message on my car screen when i try to do so. I think i am entering the wrong version number into the screen. I live in the US and was wondering if someone can help me with the correct version number. I keep entering 3.3.19052. I dont think that is the correct one. When i hit the drop down menu it only has 3.3 numbers… please help. I have almost NO CLUE what im doing

You can’t use the Syn3 Updater to upgrade the older Sync 3.0 versions, it is not designed for it. Search is your friend…
