Try again to upload the file.

At the bottom on the file, does it look like this? If so, they are all loaded. If not, you need to run the update again with maps. Downgrade to 3.3 first using the app all in one install.

Sync_WZ6Y3HD9_VIN.xml (10.8 KB)
I can’t downgrade to 3.3 as this is a MY20 car which came from the factory with 3.4. It originally had 1.18 NA maps, so those partitions would be there anyway, wouldn’t they? It doesn’t say which map is loaded into them, right?

It doesn’t list which version of maps is installed specifically, no. However, you seem to have a lot of free space available (~8GB) which isn’t right. For example, take your config:

<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="12M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="12M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="13M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="10M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="2.8M" total="937M" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="8.5M" total="1.3G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="14M" total="1.7G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="17M" total="1.7G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="7.2M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="16M" total="1.6G" type="/fs/Nuance/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="3.0M" total="465M" type="/fs/Nuance/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="5.8M" total="775M" type="/fs/Nuance/grace"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="754M" total="1.2G" type="/fs/rwdata/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="30M" total="35M" type="/fs/rwdata/quip/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="87M" total="90M" type="/fs/rwdata/quip/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="133M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/mp/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="8.1G" total="25G" type="/fs/images/"/>

Compare it to a properly formatted SYNC 3.4.21098 system with NA 2 20 maps:

<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="12M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="12M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="13M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="10M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="2.8M" total="937M" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="8.5M" total="1.3G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="14M" total="1.7G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="17M" total="1.7G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="7.2M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="16M" total="1.6G" type="/fs/Nuance/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="10M" total="1.1G" type="/fs/Nuance/"/>
**<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="25M" total="2.6G" type="/fs/Nuance/"/>**
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="3.0M" total="465M" type="/fs/Nuance/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="5.8M" total="775M" type="/fs/Nuance/grace"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="913M" total="1.2G" type="/fs/rwdata/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="35M" total="35M" type="/fs/rwdata/quip/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="88M" total="90M" type="/fs/rwdata/quip/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="133M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/mp/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="4.3G" total="25G" type="/fs/images/"/>

You are missing a nav voice data file. Likely CAH, you can install that with just a regular autoinstall standalone and it should fix up any issues. (I am assuming you already tried the autoinstall of NA 2 20 maps)

Yes, I used the Cyanlabs autoinstall script to install all 13 files. It said it completed, but it also stated something about it finishing part 1 (or something to that affect) and maybe didn’t do install all of them. I’m going to install CAH and then re-run the interrogator to see if anything changes. Does your ISVU show all map and voice files?

The IVSU inspector in bezel diagnostics doesn’t show all map files, even if there are more installed. It’s best to go off of the interrogator logs.

Here’s what I have now after installing CAH…
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ12M” total=β€œ1.4G” type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ12M” total=β€œ1.4G” type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ13M” total=β€œ1.4G” type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ10M” total=β€œ1.4G” type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ2.8M” total=β€œ937M” type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ8.5M” total=β€œ1.3G” type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ14M” total=β€œ1.7G” type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ17M” total=β€œ1.7G” type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ7.2M” total=β€œ1.4G” type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ16M” total=β€œ1.6G” type="/fs/Nuance/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ25M” total=β€œ2.6G” type="/fs/Nuance/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ3.0M” total=β€œ465M” type="/fs/Nuance/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ5.8M” total=β€œ775M” type="/fs/Nuance/grace"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ746M” total=β€œ1.2G” type="/fs/rwdata/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ35M” total=β€œ35M” type="/fs/rwdata/quip/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ83M” total=β€œ90M” type="/fs/rwdata/quip/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ133M” total=β€œ1.4G” type="/fs/mp/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β€œ5.5G” total=β€œ25G” type="/fs/images/"/>

Missing 2 NAV_Voice files. Just install all 3 with autoinstall.lst. The 465M file is system voice.

So install all 3 including the 1 I just did (CAH) plus the 391-CN system voice? Do I also have to install the map license again or no?

If you know which one is missing, you can just install that, but the xml does not list them like that. You could install one at a time.

Just install:
4U5T-14G422-CAH
4U5T-14G422-CBH
4U5T-14G422-CCH
I think the missing one is CCH…so it looks like the nav_voice installation did not complete. This will fix it.

Your system voice is installed (465MB).

Yes, my mistake I missed the other voice file that was missing. @F150Chief is right you can just AutoInstall the 3 voice files and you should be good to go.

I always just install as a set so that I know it is complete.

Awesome thank you, I’ll do that. Can I just use the AutoInstall option, or do I need transaction or include options as well? (I don’t actually know what these options do, but Cyanlabs had them in the original file so thought I’d ask)

Just autoinstall. You can use this, place the files in the SyncMyRide folder on the usb, this file in the root of the usb.
autoinstall.lst (387 Bytes)

And this is the reason i haven’t released the Ci Build, i don’t know why it’s skipping files.

Thanks for all the hard work you’ve done on this regardless! I did notice you arranged the files in the 3 sections of the autoinstall.lst differently than Ford did in their file. Let me know if you’d like a copy of their version. The only I didn’t use the Ford file was because it was from NA 1 19 and thought maybe things changed for NA 2 20 and used yours instead. Since I didn’t use their autoinstall.lst for NA 2 20 I can’t say whether it would have skipped files or not, but thought I’d bring it up in case it helps.

The order is done programatically, it’s complicated to identically replicate the Ford package layout. if you have the autoinstall.lst feel free to share it.

Here it is
