I successfully updated my Sync 3.0 with EU Navigation a few weeks ago. t0 3.4.20351. Seeing this thread I thought I would try to update the maps to F10 but when I put my USB in it keeps returning Navigation:No, which is clearly incorrect. I created an interrogator USB to extract the details fresh from my unit and while it successfully identified the version as 3.4.20351 it still returns it as Navigation: False in the log, hence I cannot update the maps as it thinks I have a non-navigation APIM. Help!
something doesn’t add up here, share your interrogator log xml file and your syn3 updater log txt file
How do I share these files? I can’t seem to add anything to this post.

You have configured the app wrong, user error.
Go to settings and configure it right, with navigation selected. Then recreate everything.
Same deal was for me, I own a 2020 Transit Connect but it was built in 12/19 and it reformated successfuly.

My car is a 2020 model but it was bought in 12/2019, SYNC version 3.4.19200, the current version is SYNC 3.4.351 updated from Ford’s official site, it’s possible to update to F10 maps with the downgrade option?

Actually it’s because you never had it enabled in ForScan in the AsBuilt, fix that and it will show in future versions.
Had it enabled in forscan when i did the maps for 1.19 and then i tried going up one version and lost the heated and cooled icons on the home screen but kept the heated steering wheel icon
so i can update my map to 2021 with auto install ? Is there not possible to make the program to made only a map update usb key ? where you chose sync3 update off
