For some reason, you are running behind in versions:
Current one is 2.5.7, you are some build behind.
Try changing the branch to Beta then Release again in Settings.

That’s weird because it actually ran an update this morning to version 2.5.2. I switched to Beta and am now running 2.5.7 Release with the maps option. Thank you!
As you figured out, it seems you do not have enough space:
“MEM_ERR01 – Error is MEM_NOSPACE_TO_COPY”
Now, you can actually use the tool to install everything from scratch.
The only issue would be if you have a MY20 car or components (APIM/SCREEN), since you cannot use reformat in those models becasue it will brick the unit.

I have a European 2019 Focus with, atm sync 20351. I bought the car second hand from an official Ford dealer with sync 3.3.*** on it. I read somewhere on this forum that the APIM isn’t MY20 in that instance?
Could it be the memory is full because in the beginning I had automatic updates via wifi enabled and I received F9 maps on my car that way?
If I contact the dealer would they wipe the APIM clean and do a full install? Or is that a no go?
About the free space, Syn3updater has an utility (interrogator USB) that will show you how much free space you have, along other relevant information from the APIM.
You could try that first, then performing a master reset and then checking again to see if the master reset gained some space.
You could also try removing gracenotes to free up some space, but EU maps are known to be huge, so that may not work either.
About the MY20 thing, if the car came from the factory with sync 3.3 or below it’s not MY20.
**This is Build 19101 and the powerflow is “ENABLED” and the “CLIMATE ICONS” show up on he “Navigation Screen” as you can see, i did try the next build up and did try disabling what you suggested back a few months ago, which didn’t work. This is just a guess “FORD” said why duplicate home screen when the customer has the actual controls below the Navigation Screen. Again just a Guess???

Could have done this when i updated to the latest map update in regards to gracenote, but decided now to upgrade gracenote to the lastest version while keeping the same build.

I have mustang EU 2018. I upgraded a year ago to version 3.4 19xxx with F9 map, now I want F10. should I enter only version 3.4.19xxx anf F10 or can I complete a set of 3.4.21200 and F10 maps? thank you your answer.
If you’re going to be installing the new apps package alongside F10 maps, a reformat is recommended as there are also new voice files and such.
In the app enter your current version 3.4.xxxxx and let it auto detect the install method.
Choose 3.4.21020 and F10 maps as the version you would like to go to. It should say “downgrade” as the install mode.

You have a 2019 vehicle with an appropriate APIM. You can just reformat the APIM using the Syn3 Updater to install maps and update the app. The dealer will not do this for you.

Do not force reformat.
That is the correct response on the app. You will see that it will include the reformat and downgrade files.
I am not sure how on earth you got F9 maps through OTA, so I think you’re mistaken.
F9 maps are definitely in OTA, seen it on many fiesta owners clubs
I had F8 maps to start from and one evening (don’t remember why I was in my car) it just started updating. Took a hell of a long time though. Was on F9 maps afterwards.
