4" to 8" upgrade, display overlaps the screen

so i Finally got my 8” screen installed and did the update to lowest 3.0 version, but the screen displays a layout that is bigger than the screen and overlaps it, is there a different update file I should be using or something I need to change with forscan? (asbuilt data in picture)

For extra info added, I went from a 4.2” screen to 8” & used the update from the ivsu database & updated to version 3.0.17088 (lowest 3.0 version I could see for apps) & the update went smoothly and I was excited until I realized this is only the top left corner of the whole screen and I am unable to do or control anything because it’s all cut off  i also tried master resetting and changing the theme settings from 01 to 00 (as i saw in a different post) but no luck there either..
the car I have is a 2018 ford ecosport & the screen is off a 2019 ford ecosport, I don’t know if that makes a difference or not.
i also wanted to see if this was just a specific version isssue so i tried to use the update file for version 3.0.17118 instead & the update went smoothly again but it is the same format. sorry for the long post, any help would be great, thank you.

SYNC Region: NA

Navigation Variant: Non Nav

Manufacturer Year: Pre MY20

Install Type: OEM

Old SYNC Version: 2.3.23254

New SYNC Version: 3.0.17118

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
no error message just a unaligned UI that disables my functionality of my unit.

Update Method: CyanLabs Manual Method

If you’re on 3.0.x the latest for 8" screen is 3.0.23219.
You can’t go by what Ford offers for your VIN any longer since you’ve moded the car to an 8" screen.

it seems it was a mismatched software version, that is completely my fault and i feel like an idiot but thank you for your help.
