Activation of FordPass Connect NA to Europe converted

Hello

I tried following the guide in Activation setup, but without any luck. It fails activation every time, coming back to ‘Activation Pending’

The car was imported from USA to Europe and have had region changed to get navigation, following F150chief’s guide.

Any ideas on how to get the activation completed?

You will need to replace the TCU with an EU version. They are not the same.

Do you have any suggestions as to where I may buy one? And the part number?

I am not sure of the part number for the TCU for EU, but the NA version would be:
TCU - Telematic Control Unit Module
Part number: K***-14G087-** or K***-14G229-**

You will need a new TCU antenna, and you will need to have a Vodaphone account (?) for the SIM service. That’s about all I know about swapping the TCU for EU. I am sure there is more info on this, and it probably can be done. I would look at the German Mustang forums, as they seem to have a good grasp on the imported Mustang mods and issues.
