salve ho scaricato sync 3.4 ultima versione, per aggiornare sync 3.0, tutto in automatico , ho messo la usb nella macchina , all’inizio mi ha detto aggiornamento software poi è diventato lo schermo nero, l’ho tenuto circa mezzora e non è uscito alcuna scritta, cosa devo fare?
