Hi There. I have a MK8 2018 Ford Fiesta with the 6.5" screen. I bought a 8" Screen and a other APIM. I downloaded the newest software version and the only problems I have is the Outside Temp does not show on the Screen as it did on the original smaller screen. I also noticed that when reversing the radio does not decrease the volume when I get near a object so that the parking beeps can be amplified.

Why not get support on fmods since that’s where you inherited the issue?

Was the new APIM configured to your car’s specs?

I tried that and a Soft Reset aswell disconnecting the Battery but no luck

No I dont think so. I installed the APIM and screen and did the software update that I downloaded from cyanlabs through the sync3 updater. How can I configure the APIM?

You will need Forscan and a good adapter. You need to get your OEM asbuilt for the APIM from either your old APIM or directly from Ford.

Take a backup of your current APIM’s configuration before changing anything, since it’s a good baseline even with those little things not working…

Once you get your OEM asbuilt, you apply them onto the new APIM and force a restart to pick them up.
