So just to confirm forall that you indeed have a MY20+ APIM, part number 5U5T-14G371-CMD.

You have plenty of storage space to process the updates, just do not reformat. As I posted above:

Although you can install the Sync app, voice, maps, etc., all at one time I would advise that you do not. Install the maps separately and follow the instructions in the tutorial. Use the autoinstall in the tutorial exactly as it is written. You can update your Sync app, voice, GN, using the Syn3 Updater.
