Hello all, I’m new in ford retrofit but I’m older in VAG retrofits

I have buy recentely a transit custom with sync 2.5 and I need to retrofit this to sync 3.0 so fit a APIM module
I need somme help with Hardware need for this, the wirings and coding
Happy to pay for any help iff need it

Navigation Variant: Non Nav

Manufacturer Year: Pre MY20

Install Type: Retrofit

Old SYNC Version: 2.5

New SYNC Version: 2.5

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?

You will need FORScan free version and a quality ODB adapter.

You should look for a 2019 APIM preferably from a Transit but not necessary. The part number will start with a K. You may also need an ACM (radio).
If you require maps, make sure the APIM is 64GB to accomodate.
