Hi, Thank you for your reply.. Here is the file…

Oooff… I’m not going to lie, when you said the APIM had only 3MB left I though that it could not be possible based on how Sync3 processes packages, but boy I was wrong.

Also, your file contains your VIN, if you want that hidden just let me know.

About options, have you tried performing a master reset?. If no, then try that and see if that frees some space up.

Another things you can try after the master reset:

  • remove gracenotes
  • try installing the small voice package
  • then try to install 3.3 (which is smaller than 3.4)

Even though this is straightforward and can be done via Syn3updater, you can find instructions here → Sync 3.4 NON-NAV APIM: Failure to Update to Newer Version Sync 3.4

After all that is done, you may have enough space to trigger a reformat.

Thank You @SaNdMaN for your guidance. I tried that and now i have 2.6 gb free space in my APIM with Maps.

The problem is i cannot use maps cuz my screen reboot itself after a minute due to using maps and when i turn off maps its working fine as it should be!! What to do now? Is there any solution to use map without rebooting problem?

Thank You!!

You need to turn off maps, the APIM does not support it.

As said before, do not install maps. Just perform a reformat without NAV and leave it as that. If you want NAV, then get a proper 64GB NAV capable APIM.
