yup same as what i have, although i have a ST so red needles instead of blue.
it will likely work assuming you have all the required hardware, dab aerial etc.
We only have DUN,ENG,FRF,GED in these files, there are many more on the russian forum linked at the bottom of the post.
i'm not sure how else it's activated then unfortunately.
are you using the latest android auto? i currently actually have a 2015 Focus ST ;)
do you have the new Android Auto UI enabled? but yes i would expect either not supported yet or newer firmware needs to be written, likely the latter which will require experimental forscan or UCDS
it's in the russian forum, i will link them later if i can remember ;) my UCDS is out for delivery now also.
