Black Screen after update

So I tried to install my Ford F150 2018 XLT 3.4.2* (latest) no problem with the installation but the screen is cropped since. I only have 4 inches non touch screen only volume down/up key is working so I search on the cyan labs again and found this :

I copy that method above and now I have black screen
Radio music is working with only 1 channel
Back Camera is working

Can someone help? is my apim bricked?

Is this the stock APIM? I am guessing you had a 4.2" with this truck and it was upgraded at some point to an 8".
