I have updated my FORD TRANSIT COURRIER 2021 to sync 3.4
But i have the sync 3 interface to big for the screen and no touchscreen
The keys for phone - setting and other not work
It’s possible to downgrade firmware for no touchscreen version ?

So the APIM is a retrofit? A 2021 Transit Courrier would have had Sync 2.5 with the small screen?
The fix is to set the proper theme from 10" screen back to 8" screen with FORScan or UCDS and the recommended OBD adapter.

You installed the 8" screen version of Sync 3.4. You will need to install the 4" screen version.
The latest version for the 4" screen is 5U5T-14G381-FS 409Mb Sync3 v3.4.21098 08.04.2021

And just put the file in usb and insert in the car ?
Or it’s needed to use sync3 updater soft ?

You can’t do this with the updater. But follow this:
Download the file 5U5T-14G381-FS
You need a blank USB formatted exfat. Just delete everything from the one you used before.
On the USB, make a folder called SyncMyRide.
Place the file on the USB in the SyncMyRide folder.
Copy the autoinstall.lst file to the root of the USB.

Your unit might not like Sync 3.4.
Perform the same procedure again but with Sync 3.3.19066. See if it will go back to where it was.

It appears that the unit does not have enough memory to support Sync 3.4, as it is twice as large as Sync 3.3. Happy to help.
