Blackscreen after Update 3.0 to 3.4

Hi,
i tried to update my System from Sync 3 (3.0.20204) to 3.4 latest version.
Update was loadet an my System told me i can remove the Stick. After the next start in should work.
But now i only have a black sceen without Radiosouds and CD doesn’t work also.
Tried to Reboot the APIM with an OBD2 and the Reboot-Stick but not successful.

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
Only Black Screen, no CD, no Radio or USB

The APIM (Accessory Protocol Interface Module) is the control unit in Ford vehicles that manages the infotainment system and the touchscreen (Ford SYNC 3 or SYNC 4).

You missed the sarcasm.

What model is the APIM? They range from G part numbers all the way to N.

Did you run the interrogator before performing the reformat?

The symptom you describe would be the common result of doing a reformat of am APIM which has the newer IC in it that some refer to as MY2020 hardware (and yes it can show up in cars made before 2020).
