I upgraded to sync 3.4 and I lost voice on maps

SYNC Region: NA

Navigation Variant: Nav

Manufacturer Year: Pre MY20

Install Type: OEM

Old SYNC Version: 3.3

New SYNC Version: 3.4

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
no massage just no voice when using maps
I did the upgrade twice just in case I made a booboo
