Make sure to save your APIM config in Forscan. I worry a Ford dealership will just reload your Sync 2 AB info in an effort to fix it and that will just screw stuff up.
They should know better but you never really know.

The mechanic said there’s nothing wrong with the HVAC. any idea if this might be something related to any code?
Hard to say what it is than. If the mechanic said there is nothing wrong so thats no help. Heck it could be a thermostat stuck to a blend door actuator stuck.
You have a bad acuator or fault there…
