If you are using the SYN3 Updater, please post the log file on the root of the USB.
Also, your region should be EU, not NA.
Your APIM is probably 8GB, so has limited storage. You can run the update again without that (LOGO) file and add it after to get the update working.
Run the Tutorial: APIM Interrogator Utility/Create Interrogator Log and post the file here.

Edit the reformat.lst file (save a copy off the drive) remove the gracenotes and logo file, just run the app and voice and see if the unit will update. You can add the logo and Gracenotes after the upgrade.
The log looks ok, but after the upgrade above, run the utility and see what the free storage space looks like.

It’s up to you, but…Gracenotes is this:

Placing Gracenotes on this unit will have about 300MB of storage left. This is enough, most likely, for the unit to work properly without issues, however, if you ever wish to update the unit to the next version of Sync 3.4, etc., you will need to delete Gracenotes and the Logo file before you perform the update. Just keep this in mind when you do the next update and it will not work like this time.
If you want to add Gracenotes, you can follow the guide in the tutorial section.
If you installed Gracenotes and got this, then the system is unhappy about that. Just remove Gracenotes. If this just popped up on it’s own after the update without Gracenotes, do a Master Reset and see if it comes back.

In you autoinstall.lst file, the first line isn’t supposed to be there. Look at the IVSU screen or run the APIM utility and see if gracenotes is installed.

Gracenotes is not installed.
You don’t have enough storage to install Gracenotes. Only 939MB. You need over 1GB.
There are a few adjustments to be made to a US car imported to EU to get logos and such.
