I’m unsure how you are missing that file, but if you check your original message, the name for the file is a different color… If you click on it it will lead you to our Software DB, you will be able to download it from there…
But if you are upgrading by using Syn3Updater, none of this should be necessary… So my guess is that the USB as not been properly created…

At first it’s a USB key inserted for example and then an error message.
The screen is frozen and impossible to exit from the start of the update.
With Sync3updater nothing happens, it always asks you to insert a USB key.
In fact I would like to get out of this screen which blocks the radio, Spotify, voice commands.
I know there is a problem and that’s why I’m on the forum.
How to start from the basics?

If you’d have read the extensive documentation available under the search bar you’d already have the syn3updater. Looking at some of them files makes me think you’ve visited fmods.
Syn3Updater is not malicious and does not contain a virus, the code is also opensource, this is definitely a false positive by whatever security software you are using.

So I’m going to go with Sync3updater.
At first when I came to Cyanlabs, I thought it was too difficult for me but finally with your help and skills, it is easier.
My goal is therefore to reformat and then reinstall Sync3.4

I inserted Sync3updater but I got the following message:
“Error Update package not found”
Before I had the message with the Ford Mustang (I have a Ford Kuga).
Maybe I should start the basic installation of Sync 3.0 again?
I don’t really know what to do to make this Ford Mustang screen disappear?

Do you have anything else plugged into other USB ports or an SD card in the unit?
You could also try a fresh Cyanlabs download on a new USB stick ensuring you use 3.0.20204 as your current version.
Also the sync3 system would not know whether you have a Fiesta, Escape, Kuga, Lincoln or whatever so I would not be concerned about the Mustang pic.
I’m not sure that a log file will be created on the key because as soon as I insert it, I get the error message “Error update package not found” but I try. Perhaps I should install version 3.0.20204 (the one I currently have). I can’t go below version 3.3.19052 (unless maybe I download version 3.0.20204 from somewhere else).
