Please I need help, I went to update my sync3 and unfortunately it gave me an error with a red screen and since then I haven’t been able to install any other version, neither older nor more recent.

with the screen all red
After trying another version the red screen continues but the message
as reported by the red screen NOTE: I had to remove the fuse because it doesn’t turn off, but when I put the fuse in, the sync turns on, it stays on the mustang screen asking me to put in the pendrive and regardless of the version I put in, this screen in the image I sent immediately appears.
I would find another USB stick preferably one from a ‘name’ brand like Sandisk and recreate your install image. Then redo the install followed by master reset.

Step 1: Have 2 ANY USB available in ExFat format.
(Preferly 8GB or 16GB 3.0+)
USB 1:

!!!NOTE!!!
This part is tricky because Universal reformat will appear once it restars your system and YOU CANT QUIT IT, There is only one way to go with it without screwing your device. PLEASE FOLLOW VERY CAREFUL!!!
(STEP 1)
Open Sync3 Updater.
Click Settings icon
Car Configuration
Put Full Version as 3.4.23188 (Latest) {I recomend you to update to latest version FIRST}…
Put Region based on your country…
Put NAVIGATION to No if you dont have it or YES if you do have it…
Advanced Options
Click Edit Advanced Options? to YES…
Click MY20 Protection: to Disabled/Not MY20…
Click Install Mode: to Reformat…
CLICK APPLY SETTINGS
(STEP 2)
Click on Home icon (Second from the top)
Select a USB Drive or Directory
Select a directory like Desktop
New Version
Click on region and select your country…
Click on Version and select 3.4.23188 (latest)…
Click on Map Version and select Non Nav APIM IF NO Maps in your car or select latest version or Keep Existing Maps IF YOU DO (Preferly latest version)…
Select Packages
!!!DO NOT UNSELECT ANY OF THE PACKAGES !!!
!!!THEY HAVE BEEN SELECTED ACCORDINGLY BASED ON YOUR CONFIGURATION!!!
CLICK START
(STEP 3)
Once Sync3 Updater finish with task, it will create a folder with the files on your desktop.
Open the colder and COPY THE FILES INTO USB 2. It should look like this…
USB 2:
\reformat.lst
\SyncMyRide
(The SyncMyRide should have the .tar or .tar.gz files created by Sync3 Updater)…
Step 3:
Insert USB 1 and let SYNC 3.4 do the rest for you. It will tell you when to restart…
Once the system restarted, remove USB 1 and WAIT UNTIL IT TELLS YOU TO INSERT USB 2…
Step 4:
Insert USB 2 AND FOR GOD’S SAKE, DO NOT REMOVE IT OR POWER DOWN YOUR CAR…
Let it run until it tells you that it has succeeded. It will reboot itself and you can safely remove USB 2 at that point.
Step 5:
Once finished, you will go back to a fresh newly installed Sync 3.4.23188 operating system…
Click on MASTER RESET to avoid any data and clear the cache along with the nvram…
VOILA!!

This works on MY20 & MY18.5 APIM because the HASH SUM has to match in order to use Universal Reformat Mod.
