I have a 2016 Ford Escape In 2024 I updated my Sync 3 to 3.4 23188 & Maps to NA 224. I have been trying to download the 225 Maps either to a empty 64GB USB or to the computer I keep getting error messages.

When I try to download the 225 Maps to a empty 64GB USB the error message is Download path and destination USB drive are the same please change your download pathor select another USB drive. When I try to download it to the computer the error message is Unable to read data from the transport connection an established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.
