I do not know what you are trying to do.
You say you are on 3.0 nav, the log says you configured the tool as having 3.4 and generated a 3.4.21098 drive without maps and only 2 packages.

So again, what are you trying to do?.
And why do you say it “reformatted”?.

Configure the app right, and follow the tutorial.

First of all, reconfigure the app because you configured it as having NAV and with 3.4. It should be 3.0.xxxxx and no NAV.
Then in the new version, you select whatever version you want. Make sure your region is correct.

You are not configuring it right.

You are still telling Syn3updater that you are ALREADY on 3.4.21098, which is not true.
Change that to 3.0.whatever you have and try again. Also, make sure installation mode is autodetect, let syn3updater choose what’s best.
