Flashed Sync 3.4.23188 NA for installing 8" screen on 2025 Transit T250, then FordPAss not able to re-connect

Attempted to install a 8" screen on a 2025 Transit with base radio. Here are the process i did:
1, reset the radio,deleted pre-paired bluetooth devices;
2, installed 8" screen;
3, re-flashed sync3 , see logs below.
4, New screen working normal, tried to reconnect with Fordpass phone app, stuck at “accept prompt on vehicle screen” page;
5, Continue to “check connection status", result as “not connected yet”
6, Went to “Authorization troubleshooting”, carried out “performe a key cycle”, does not work
7, Tried to “turn off and turn on connectivity settings” on 8" screen, click on “fordpass” icon, “checking” menu will run for 3-5 minute, then disappeared.
8,Tired to delete the vehicle from frodpass and added in again, still no connection.
What should i do to restored fordpass connection, do we need to downgrade to a lower sync version?

The Sync version is not the issue. Your FordPass should have never disconnected with the work you did, however, it’s likely in an un-synced state now.

You will need to start over with the TCU reset and FordPass connection.

First, find the TCU and disconnect power from the unit. Leave it disconnected for at least 15 minutes.
Perform a master reset on the Sync 3 system. DO NOT and any phones, etc., back to the system yet.
On your phone…
delete the vehicle from your account
log out of the account
delete the FordPass app from the phone
REBOOT the phone to clear the cache.
Now you can add the phone to the Sync system. DO NOT load the FordPass app.

Reconnect the TCU.
Start the vehicle. It must be running to activate the TCU.
Ensure that the modem serial number is displayed in the ‘About Sync’ screen.
Add the FordPass app to the phone. Sign in.
Add your vehicle to the app.
Activate vehicle.
In about 2-3 minutes you should get the prompt on the Sync screen.
DO NOT repeat the activation request multiple times or it will fail.

This only works if you have connected apps, like subscriptions for Nav, etc. This does not fix the modem or FordPass issues.

A note about Sync versions on NON_NAV APIM’s: you might experience the compass not working correctly or a GPS failure message. If you do, you will need to load Sync 3.4.21265 to correct this. It is a bug in the newer Sync versions which has not been resolved.

Where is this Telematics Control Module located on 25 Transit ? Is that same as sync module , or APIM ?

Not the APIM…
But Google said The TCU (Telematics Control Unit) in a 2025 Ford Transit is typically located under the driver’s seat, concealed by a plastic cover.
