Ford C-Max EU 2017: No sounds (chimes) from the parking sensors and parking assist. Original Sync3, version 3.4 installed

The problem is that when using the parking sensors and automatic parking assist, there are no warning sounds. I should add that the on-screen information graphics work perfectly. The problem is so complex that some audible notifications do occur.

For example, when approaching an obstacle, the increasing sounds (green and yellow areas on the graphics) are missing. Note that the radio volume mutes at these moments! However, when the red area appears, the warning sound comes on. It’s so delayed that it only appears after I stop the car. The radio volume also mutes, but when I disengage reverse gear, I hear a static noise in the speakers, and the radio briefly switches to a different station than the one I was listening to, then returns to the correct station – strange.

However, when using Active Parking Assist, I miss the chime when a space is found. However, during automatic parking, the chimes appear when I have to stop and shift into forward or reverse gear. However, they are also delayed, and the graphic displays the gear change information before the audible feedback.

Before I decided to write to you, I searched for a solution myself. Unfortunately, nothing I found here or on other forums helped.

I tried changing the options in APMI 7D0-01-01, PAM 736-05-01, and changing the options in the IPC, although what’s in the database doesn’t match my car (it seems the Ford C-Max 2017 EU has the Focus RS (2016-2019) IPC database, but instead of the 726-01-01 prefix, it has 720-01-01). I also searched for settings in the BCM and changed the chime settings, but that didn’t help either.

The only thing I could try was changing the settings in the ACM. However, there’s a problem because I have a new ACM, and the only data displayed after reading the module is 727-01-01 0030. Ford’s As Built stock doesn’t even have any data for 727-XX-XX.

After a long time of trying to figure it out and searching for a solution, I’ve unfortunately given up and need help.

The last thing I can think of is whether I should downgrade the software. I found on the forum that someone stopped receiving speeding warnings after updating to 3.4.23188. I don’t have these warnings either, nor do I have City Alerts. I just don’t know which one. Which one is the most stable and will work with my vehicle?

EDIT:

PS. To post this, I had to go down to the car and generate a log. I only just looked at it carefully. This information in the log caught my attention.

Could this affect the sounds? Please bear with me, as I don’t speak English, so I have to explain everything, and not all the options are clear to me. Should I try to change it again?

I downgraded to 3.3.19052.

The only difference in the sounds is that sometimes a chime appears near the first green zone on the graphics. However, sometimes it’s there, sometimes it’s not. Sometimes it chimes when I put the car in reverse and something is in the green zone.

Overall, downgrading didn’t help. The problem persists.

To illustrate the settings, here are my IPC, PAM and APMI settings.

Question
What does this function do?
Should I change it to - enabled?

I changed this option to “F” - nothing improved.
Is it correct that I originally have “0”

Is this set up correctly? This is how it is in the original
