Hello,

Ford Edge 2020 from NA. I converted it to Europe. Before conversion, APIM had disabled navigation. I’ve enabled it, but now it shoud Navigation error, please contact dealer. The Sync3 version the latest, the navi small pack.

Ok, error went off. But after updating the navigation SYNC3 started to restart and show Installation in progress pop up. But the installation before showed that it was finished… Any advise?

Cyanlabs does not support changing regions.

Having said that, you can use this topic as reference → Tutorial: Current EU Maps Installation on US Imported Vehicles

Also, since your unit is MY20 you can’t reformat it via Syn3updater, you could use FMODS’ universal reformat package though…
