This got me close. I don’t have an FCIM AB option. For me, it was in in the ACM. I had to change 727-01-01 *xxx-xxxx-xxxx from D to 9, changing Gen 1 APIM to Gen 2. After a master reset and enabling the “Use phone ringtone” fix, outbound and incoming calls both work great. Thank you.
