Thank you for the image, sadly, it’s MY20 hardware and it’s now bricked.
Not that it’s going to help now, but next time try using Syn3updater 's detection system if you have any doubt, since it would had flagged the unit as MY20 and prevented the creation of a reformat USB:
Your options are limited:
- try reviving it with GitHub - bigunclemax/sync3flash: Ford Sync 3 reformat flash tool (requires knowledge and specialized equipment)
- have someone else recover it
- replace it
