I have downloaded the relevant information to the USB stcik but when i put it in the usb in the van I get a red screen saying error

There’s no need for that, syn3updater saves all the logs. You said you read the documentation:
So from Logs Tab - CyanLabs you can see Syn3updater saves all the logs, so there’s no need to recreate anything, I need to see the log for the USB you already used. It’s also already on the USB you created.
If you can recreate the error and share a picture of the red screen, that’s even better. But the log will tell relevant information.
Also, are you sure your unit has NAV?.

I’ve some issue with that:
That contradicts what you said before.
Does the unit have nav?
This is wrong, this is not an USB to go from 3.0 to 3.4. What are you even doing?.
Do not do that, let syn3update create the USB directly.
Again, you are making this harder than it’s.
The template and myself asked for very basic information, you are not providing any that, in fact you are giving contradicting information.
So take your time and read the Basic Usage - CyanLabs guide… Recreate the USB accordingly (set 3.0 as your current build) and try again.
If that fails, provide what’s already been asked for.
