I activated a hidden menu on my Sync 3 (version 3.0.17276). To access it, you hold the track-skip buttons on both the steering wheel and the dashboard. I enabled some themes, but after doing that, my Sync started acting up. It stopped saving new data, became slow, and keeps freezing.
A test menu also appeared, and now I can’t get rid of it.
I’ve already tried formatting, reformatting, clearing the RW Data, and several other things, but I always get the error “INSTL_ERR12.”
Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
In the CyanLabs app everything is configured as it should be.
When I try to generate a Sync log, I also get the INSTL_ERR12 error.
It seems that when I activated the hidden menu, it downloaded the themes and that may have filled up the memory. It also looks like there is some navigation data, but my Sync doesn’t have navigation.

I get the INSTL_ERR12 error every time I try to run anything from the USB drive.
