I installed SYNC3 version 3.4 without maps, I don't have navigation

I updated SYNC3 to version 3.4 (CYANLABS) without maps and I can’t navigate. I redownloaded SYNC 3.4 with maps. When I try to install it, I get the error PKG_ER04. Is this error caused by the fact that I already have version 3.4? If so:

how do I install just the maps to this version?
is it possible to revert to version 3.0 and start over?

No, this is because you didn’t update your app’s configuration after upgrading:

Correct that to your current 3.4 and recreate the USB.

I already have Sync 3.4.23188 installed in my car, but it only works without navigation because I didn’t select it when formatting the flash drive. So if it works, I must have updated it (unless I’m mistaken, how do I update the app?). After installing Sync 3.4, I also reset the system to factory defaults. Now I can’t reinstall Sync 3.4.23188 with maps.

P.S. Why I can’t again download the SYNC updater?

Was your issue resolved? I downgraded to 3.3.19052 as well but still no nav. Had navigation before I upgraded from 3.0.23219. I selected the maps in the first upgraded, did master reset. No luck

Re-install the nav voice files. This issue is usually due to an incomplete or corruprted installation for the maps and nav voice.

Problem solved. I managed to load only the maps. Navigation and everything else works. CYANLABS offers the option to load only the maps. I left the flash drive in the car’s USB port overnight. This morning, I started the car and two minutes later received a message saying the operation was successful. I turned the car off for a few minutes (without removing the flash drive), restarted it, and then disconnected the flash drive. That’s it. Thank you all for your help.

Made a silly mistake, didn’t selected the option that I have NAV, updated to latest. Working flawlessly but for some reason Ford Connect not working. Will try again later

After reformat/master reset you will need to join your vehicle back into FordPass. Shut down the app on the phone and reboot the phone before you attempt that to clear the phone app cache.
