Invalid Class Error

When I try to launch Syn3 updater I get an error Message “Invalid Class”. I have a Toshiba Windows 10 laptop. How do I correct this error?

Is it Windows 10S by chance? Is it fully up to date?

Pop open a command window in administrator mode and type :-
sfc /scannow
and wait for completion, If it states an error then type :-
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
and wait for completion.

Searching “invalid class” would get you your answer :slight_smile:

Tried this too and it came back with no error. What now?? I really want to update my Sync3 and navigation maps but don’t want to pay the ridiculous price Ford charges. Any help would surely be appreciated!

It might be best for you if you just use another PC to create your thumb drive.
