Is there a way to tell if it Nav or Non-Nav

Hello, I just received a 2017 Focus APIM (JM5T-14G370-HJC ) Can you tell by the serial if it’s a NAV or Non without hooking it up to the car? I can’t find it anywhere in database or internet.

SYNC Region: NA

Navigation Variant: Non Nav

Manufacturer Year: Pre MY20

Install Type: Retrofit

Old SYNC Version: 3.0

New SYNC Version: 3.0

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?

Hi

That’s because you have the assembly (APIM+Screen) part number, not the APIM’s.
APIMs are 14G371, assemblies 14G370.

Ahhh…OK. I disassembled and found the actual APIM # and it’s a Non-Nav that is in the database. Thanks for the help!
