Issue with upgrade 3.4.19101 NO-NAV to latest 3.4.21194

I have a 2015 Focus Ti HB. APIM was updated to a SYNC 3 version appx 2 years ago and updated to SYNC 3.4.19101 using the CyanLabs instructions for doing so, with no problems. Today I tried updating again to 3.4.21194 using Syn3 Updater 2.10.3.0 with the below log file. However, after 90 minutes with the thumb drive in the car’s USB port and the “Updating System Software” message on the top of the screen, it hasn’t appeared to move from that point:

@KevLion88 man, that had nothing to do with the 3.4.21194 feedback thread…
I should had simply deleted it, as clearly stated in the first message, but I decided to split it and do what you should had done: create a new thread with your “issue”.
Please read the messages/rules from now on and help us keeping this organized.

You can’t update like that if you already are on 3.4 NO-NAV, just make some research before posting in the future, please.

Check this link → Tutorial: Sync 3.4 NON-NAV APIM: Failure to Update to Newer Version Sync 3.4

Apolgies, SaNdMaN, for not noticing that tutorial before. I did do some research, but hadn’t spent much time poking around. Thanks for setting me straight.

No worries!, check the tutorial, if anything else is needed just let us know, but the tutorial is crystal clear, you won’t have issues.

Just remember that Syn3updater has these troubleshooting operations available:
