Hello everyone, I need help. I did the whole process in the widows app, and when I insert the USB into the car it doesn’t do anything :slightly_frowning_face: I have a 2018 Ford edge

Install Type: OEM

Old SYNC Version: 3.0

New SYNC Version: 4.0

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
It doesn’t do anything

We have started with the wrong foot :wink:
You are omitting a lot of information and just saying “it does not work”… If I asked you to create a thread here over discord was for you to provide details, not rephrasing what you said over discord.

Provide the log, you can’t not have one if you created an USB with the tool.
