I’m going to try to update the maps on my unit, but the car is imported from the United States and I don’t know if there are any changes, so I created the USB PEN Interrogatory logs, but when I try to open the logo it gives an error in the application.

Currently, when I try to see something on the map, only a red arrow appears, and that the closest address is 9,000kms away and I have information that the map version is F12.

What is the best way to have maps available for Portugal. Thanks

Which interrogator utility did you use? This file is truncated with no XML header.

However, Your APIM is 4U5T-14G371-CJA, which is safe to reformat. You will need to reformat the APIM and use the EU Cut Down maps for your region. This tutorial will help understand the process, which you can use the Syn3 Updater to accomplish.
