I have the latest 3.4 update files to fix my navram problem of going back to AM radio after startup. Currently running CYAN 3.4 23088 but can’t put system back into factory default mode to load newest files. System freezes when Continue is selected.

23088 (as 22251) has a bug in which the rwdata partition gets full and the unit exhibits that behavior.

If none of those work, we do not have anything else to recommend.
A user recently shared his experienced, where after 10-20 minutes of trying the SR → SR → MR combo the MR completed correctly, which enabled him to run the rwdata cleaner and then go to the latest version (which has the bug fixed).
