MEM_ERR03 Installation failed when updating my Sync 3

I keep getting MEM_ERR03 when i try updating my APIM to the latest version of sync.
I have a Sync 3, Software version 3.3, Build 19052 Non-Nav APIM.
I have followed the steps in tutorial videos but i keep getting this error.
I cant use carplay anymore because it freezes up every time i connect my phone since the latest iphone software upgrade.
i need help please.

You have a NON-NAV APIM. When you install Sync 3.4.xxxxx on a NON-NAV APIM (8GB), you will no longer be able to install Gracenote. Remove Gracenote from the installation and install the Sync App and Voice only.

There are issues with 3.4.22200 with NON-NAV units. I recommend you stay with Sync 3.4.21265 if you want Sync 3.4.

This should be an APIM with NAV.
Run the APIM Interrogator manually and post the results here.

I tried the Sync 3.4.21265, and it updated with no issues.
My issue now is that when i connect my iphone to it, the carplay freezes up, is there something i should be doing?5

Did you perform a master reset of the APIM (Sync)? Since this is a 2014 vehicle, did you update the USB hub for CarPlay, are you getting a hub not compatible message?
