Moving back to Ford factory version

I updated the Sync system for my MKZ 2018 to ver 3.4.23188 using Sync3 updater tool and now I would like to go back to factory sync ver 3.0.19205. When tried using official procedure and software form Ford I got the below mentiond error. Please help me.

SYNC Region: ROW

Navigation Variant: Nav

Manufacturer Year: Pre MY20

Install Type: OEM

Old SYNC Version: 3.0.19205

New SYNC Version: 3.4.23188

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
This SYNC software is not compatible with the installed SYNC hardware in the vehicle. Please remove the USB drive.

Update Method: CyanLabs Syn3 Updater

Syn3 Updater Version: 2.14.2.0

Syn3 Updater Documentation Read: yes

Syn3 Updater Log File

If you read the doc you would see that once you take a Sync 3.0 APIM to Sync 3.4 you cannot revert due to the reformat of the file system.

If this is due to “liking” the 3.0 interface better you can downgrade to 3.3.19052 and that will give you the 3.0 look & feel.

If this is due to it being a little flaky on 3.4.23188, downgrade to 3.4.21265

Thanks, actually there are two reasons behind that,
the important reason is that my old system has an audio alert for exceeding the speed limit whenever I exceed the speed limit which is not available in all updates I tried.
The 2nd reason is that this version is flaky and I will take your advise to go for the stable ver. I will be very grateful If there is a way to bring back the speed limit audio alert.

Replace the USB hub. This is a requirement for CarPlay. AA will still work but you will get the message on every key cycle.

The audio alert is derived from the IPC and sent to the system. This is likely an older message (legacy) format and the newer software does not support this. The newer systems do not use Sync for this function. AA had this feature and eventually it was depricated. It could be that you have a MyKey profile set up in the vehicle which now does not work properly. If so, clear out all of the MyKey setups and recreate them. If this is the case, the speed warning will work again. Again, this is not a Sync function, but MyKey messages thru Sync to display on the centerstack if the vehicle supports it, otherwise the warning is displayed in the IPC.

Sorry but I was talking about the audio warning feature for exceeding the speed limit that is present in the navigation. This feature was present in the old system and I could choose it and set a specific speed limit to alert me audibly if I exceeded it. However, after the update there is only a visual alert onky unlike before both audible and visual. I hope you understood me. If you want, I can take a screenshot for you so you understand what I mean and it has nothing to do with Mykey. Thanks again
