Hello, I have a 2020 Ford Puma with a MY20 system. I deleted the existing maps and downloaded new maps for Turkey, Bulgaria, and Greece, which I then installed in the car. I performed a factory reset, but unfortunately, the navigation is not working. It is giving a ‘Please visit a dealer’ warning.
