Upgraded to sync 3 from sync2 all went well install fakra GPS everything was working but after restarting car have map error cannot lock onto satellite

Its an antenna issue, either a junk GPS antenna, bad connector on the APIM or the setting in the AB is wrong.

Cheers had it working then just cannot get a GPS signal, ordered a new antenna then back to Forscan (only want it for the clock ) lol use android auto for maps
Are you sure you have a NAV APIM?
Issues with the clock and the GPS are not unusual with non 3.4 native (G/H/J) non-NAV APIMs, the normal fix is to not go above 3.4.21265
Yeah it’s Def a nav system and was working after install of donor sync 3 system but then just stopped and hasn’t got a GPS signal since I’m ok using Forscan, try better antenna first before re installs or Forscan stuff thanks
