Hi,
Here it is:
And the full log:

Br,

You have the following installed:
NU5T-14G381-AD
5U5T-14G391-AT
4U5T-14G423-AC
1U5T-14G658-AH
There is plenty of storage available:
<d2p1:PartitionHealth type=“/fs/images/” total=“54G” available=“49G”/>
No issues with RWData.
It’s interesting that the Interrogator Utility is not reading the asbuilt data or the firmware versions of the APIM. The only data showing is the serial number.
Is this the original APIM for this vehicle?
I have the car for nearly 5 years, did not touch the Sync.
I produced the log with:
For Sync 3.4.20282 to 3.4.23188, use file GB5T-14G386-AD. (Released 2020-10-07)
Should I try with other version of Interrogator Utility?
Try it again with the -AC version. Do a master reset before you run the Intrrrogator Utility.
Here it is the log:

Still no data.
PM me your VIN…
Done.
This is the info for your APIM…

The above is why the Interrogator Utility is not working. This is a very early H-series APIM HB5T-14G371-FAG still using the G-series firmware, particularly the Strategy file GB5T-14G374-CB.VBF and the Illumination file GB5T-14G379-BA. The Strategy file GB5T-14G374-CB.VBF is known to be problematic.
We already know that the APIM has plenty of storage from the utility file reports above, however, the unit appears to refuse to load software. Since the utility file did run, there should be no issue with the unit initializing an upgrade.
Start with a USB drive formatted as exFat MBR. The drive needs to be blank and properly formatted.
Copy this file to the root of the USB…DO NOT edit this file.
autoinstall.lst (188 Bytes)
Download the Sync 3.3.19052 file…DO NOT use any files you have previously downloaded. DO NOT unpack or unzip any files.
4U5T-14G381-AN_1552583626000.TAR.GZ
Create the SyncMyRide folder on the USB.
Place this file in the SyncMyRide folder on the USB.
Place the USB in the vehicle with the vehicle running.
Wait for the installation to finish, should be 12-15 minutes.
If this installs properly, you can now use the reformat utility to install the desired Sync 3.4 version and maps. If this fails to install, you have a firmware corruption issue which can only be fixed by loading new firmware to the unit. I suspect this is the case.
Hi,
Same PKG_ERR03 error.
Your guess was right.
Do we have still any options to fix the issue?
BR,
Krasimir
You would need to upgrade th efirmware on the unit which will require a Paid version of FRScan and a quality OBD adapter. This is not without risks, and may end up not reviving the unit due to the storage issues. If you decide to replace the APIM, I would look for a J-series unit (part number beginning with J), as these would be more compatible with your vehicle.
OK, we stop here.
Thanks for the efforts.
