Hello
About 14 days ago I have successfuly upgraded from 3.0 to 3.4 on Mondeo mk5 2018. Or at least thats what I thought 
Then I found out that I have no bluetooth audio. All my phones connect ok but I cannot hear any sound from the caller or if I play music via youtube.
There is also no sound when connecting my phone through android auto.
Things I have tried so far:
-Unpairing phones on sync and unpairing my car on my phone and then pairing again
-Done a soft reset and a master reset.
-Disconnected my car batter for 30 mins.
I really have no idea what to do.
Any help would be appreciated
