No Enhanced Park Aid after Sync 3 swap.

2016 Explorer. Swaped sync 2 for sync 3. The sync 2 had the little vehicle in the top right of the backup camera that showed which backup senser was going off. Now it not there on the sync 3.

Here is my current APIM as built.

My original sync 2 As built

Sorry. This is the original APIM as built

I should add that I read a post on here about a similar issue. I made a couple of changes that were suggested from that post. One was changing 736-03-01 - 0600 4290 19 to - 0600 4298 19. The other change was in 7D0-01-01 - From 2A2A - 0100 - 2856 to 2A2A - 0102 - 2856. Neither was successful.

You mean this. You still have it you just need to get the settings right.

I can tell you right now this line is wrong. For the most part your Sync 2 settings dont mean anything anymore. Try getting settings from a 2017 Limited or Platnium.

The screen and APIM I’m using are actually out of a 2017 explorer platinum. The second as built photo I posted by accident is actually the as built from the 2017 explorer. What should I change that line to? I don’t have front parking sensors. That’s why I changed it to what it is now.

I changed 04-02-0001-DE to 0007-E4. Thats what the APIM was originally programmed as when it was in the 2017 Explorer platinum. No change.

Ok. I got it figured out. My mistake was in7D0-02-02. I changed from 0200-0800-00E5 to 0300-8000-005E. Now the enhanced park aid shows up on the backup camera.
