I purchased 8" screen from ebay and installed it into the car and ran into the issue where a smaller screen displayed on the touch screen. I found this forum: https://www.fordtransitusaforum.com/threads/successful-4-to-8-screen-upgrade-in-2020-ford-transit.95192/ and followed the instructions exactly as stated and after using syn3 updater and installing it into my car i got the ford logo and then a black screen. the radio still works as i can hear it and the screen displays the backup camera but nothing else. I have invested so much time and energy I would really like to see it through so would appreciate any and all help
